The Employment and Labour Minister, TW Nxesi, will be visiting Esangweni clinic in Tembisa (Ekurhuleni), Gauteng Province, to receive his vaccination jab.

Minister Nxesi, like all South Africans, registered on the government portal Electronic Vaccine Data System (EVDS), to secure his inoculation appointment for the over 60 years' age group.

This is part of South Africa's Phase 2 of its COVD-19 vaccination rollout program.

On his arrival, the Minister will be welcomed by the district and local management of the clinic. Before he receive his jab, he will get a briefing on the operations of the clinic, do a walkabout, and visit the storage centre of the facility.
