Members of the media are invited to attend the Africa Kaizen Annual Conference (AKAC) to be hosted by South Africa, under the theme, “African Industrialisation through Fostering Competitive Firms and Value Chains on the Continent."  The Minister of Employment and Labour, Ms Nomakhosazana Meth, will on 28 October 2025 deliver the keynote address at the event.

The AKAC will be followed by the Africa Kaizen and South African National Productivity Awards, hosted by Productivity SA, an entity of the Department of Employment and Labour (DEL). The awards will recognise organisations and productivity practitioners that have demonstrated excellence in Kaizen and productivity improvement across the continent.
