The Department of Employment and Labour, in collaboration with the Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), is proud to announce the kickoff of the 2025 Employment Equity (EE) Roadshows on:

These national workshops, running from May to June 2025, will engage stakeholders on:
• Implementation of the EE Amendment Act, 2022
• Five-year sector EE targets for 18 economic sectors
• Live demonstrations of the EE online system
• CCMA presentations on workplace harassment and dispute resolution

Target Audience:
Employers, employees, labour unions, government departments, NGOs, academia,
HR and labour relations practitioners, CEOs, and international investors.
