Productivity SA, an entity of the Department of Employment and Labour, will host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 11 September 2026 at Birchwood Hotel, 44 View Point Road, Boksburg.
The AGM will take place under the theme, “Celebrating Our Heritage. Shaping Our Future."
The AGM provides an important platform for Productivity SA to report on its performance for the 2025/26 financial year, present its Annual Report and Annual Financial Statements, outline its strategic priorities, and engage with key stakeholders on the organisation's contribution to productivity, competitiveness, and employment.
Productivity SA recorded strong performance during the 2025/26 financial year, achieving 11 of its 12 Annual Performance Plan (APP) targets, representing an overall achievement rate of 92%. Several of the organisation's programmes achieved 100% of their planned targets, demonstrating continued delivery across key areas of the organisation's mandate.
The AGM will also feature an address by the Honourable Judith Nemadzinga-Tshabalala, Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour, providing an important government perspective on productivity, employment, and the role of Productivity SA in advancing its mandate.
The programme will bring together representatives from government, business, labour, the Productivity SA Board, management, and other key stakeholders to reflect on the organisation's performance and priorities for the year ahead.
Members of the media are invited to attend and cover the AGM.
