The Minister of Employment and Labour, Ms Nomakhosazana Meth will on Thursday, 28 August 2025, join women's month celebrations at the Huawei Annual Women in Tech, at Huawei Campus in Woodmead. Minister Meth will deliver her keynote address focused on; Potential to Power: Building a Labour Market where Women in Tech Thrive, at the flagship event dedicated to promoting women's participation in the ICT sector and advancing their role in the digital economy.

The partnership between the Department of Employment and Labour and Huawei Technologies is testament to the successful initiatives between government and the private sector aimed at providing employment opportunities and enhancing employability programmes.
