The Basic Conditions of Employment Act requires employers to give their workers a pay slip.
What is The Purpose of This Form?
To give workers a record of their pay.
Who Fills in This Form?
The employer.
Instructions
Employers must give this pay slip to workers -
at the workplace or a place agreed by workers; and
during the workers' normal working hours.
