The Department of Employment and Labour together with its entity, the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) invites members of the media to an Employer Seminar aimed at engaging employers, business owners and SMMEs about the importance of compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Act and other pieces of legislation.
The session commences with a service delivery campaign which will be servicing communities with UIF and Compensation Fund claims and enquiries, registration of work seekers on the Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) database as well as provision of information on the National Minimum Wage and other basic conditions of employment.
