Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour Leads Integrated Service Delivery Community Outreach in Ceres on 19–20 June 2025 i

The Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour, Ms. Judith Nemadzinga-Tshabalala, will lead an integrated service delivery program in Ceres from Thursday to Friday, 19 to 20 June 2025. This initiative aims to provide a wide spectrum of services to the community and forms part of the Department's “Yazini" programme, which translates to “Know Your Department/Ministry." The programme seeks to extend services beyond traditional office settings and into the heart of communities.

Services to be Offered:

  • UIF Services: Claims, inquiries, and registration for the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
  • ESSA Registration: On-site registration on the Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) system for job seekers and employers.
  • Compensation Fund (CF): Assistance with registration, claims, and compliance for workplace injuries.
  • Inspection and Enforcement Services
  • Workplace Rights Education: Information on labour laws, fair treatment, and dispute resolution.

    Community members are encouraged to bring the following relevant documents: ID Card/Book, Certificates, UI-19, and Curriculum Vitae.
