The Department of Employment and Labour's Compensation Fund will host Farm Employers and Employees Workshops in Vryburg, North West Province, from 24 to 25 October 2025.

These workshops aim to strengthen compliance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) within the Agricultural sector, as well as to educate both Farm Employers and Employees on their rights and responsibilities.

The workshops will also serve as a platform to discuss COID challenges and to come up with remedial actions that will make compliance easier.
