The Department of Employment and Labour's Compensation Fund will host an Open Service Day and Networking Dinner Session for Administrators and Medical Service Providers (MSPs) in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga Province.

The sessions aim to strengthen relations between the Compensation Fund and MSPs, foster dialogue on improvement processes, and share best practices to address challenges faced by both parties. The initiative will also provide MSPs with updates on Compensation Fund policies, procedures, and processes.

In addition, a dedicated help desk will be available on-site to assist with queries related to COIDA claims and compliance matters.
