The Compensation Fund (CF), an entity of the Department of Employment and Labour, will host Open Service Days for Employers on the 22-23 June 2026 in Cape Town, Western Cape Province.

Since the 2025 Return of Earnings (ROE) Submission for Employers opened from 01 April - 30 June 2026, these sessions provide a platform for Employers and the Fund to deal with matters related thereof.

These Service Days are also intended to engage employers on their rights and responsibilities as it relates to Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act (COIDA).

Service stations will be on site to assist employers with amongst others, Employer Registration, Employer Assessments, Change of Nature of business, Application for Tender Letter, Trade Name updating, CompEasy training as well as Employer Audits.

It is anticipated that these interactions will strengthen and improve working relations between the Fund and employers.
