The Department of Employment and Labour's Compensation Fund will host a Building, Electrical and Construction Sector Compliance Workshop in George, Western Cape Province.

The main objective of the workshop is to engage, share information and educate employers in this Sector on the importance and benefits of complying with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) on Claim Process, Procedures and Compliance.

This workshop will also address challenges that are faced by these employers regarding the submission of Return of Earning (ROEs), Registration requirements as well as claim procedures and processes.
