Requirements: Post-graduate qualification in Psychology on Master's degree. Two (2) years supervisory experience.  Two (2) years functional experience in Employment/ Career Counselling. Duties: Develop and implement Career Guidance programmes for the work-seekers.  Develop Career Guidance resource materials. Coordinate the delivery of assessment and selection services. Collaborate with stakeholders relating to Career Guidance services. Manage all resources in the Division.
