The Department has published two sets of Employment Equity (EE) Regulations as of Tuesday, 15 April 2025, General Administrative Regulations and Regulations on Sector Numerical EE Targets following the commencement of the Employment Equity Amendment Act, No. 4 of 2022, on 1 January 2025.
