Requirements: A B Com Law/ LLB Law degree. Admission as an Attorney or Advocate will be added an advantage. 2 years' functional experience in legal or statutory services environment. 2 years' supervisory experience. DUTIES: Implement strategies to enforce compliance with COID Legislation. Conduct research on COID legislation. Encourage and support cooperation of relevant stakeholder's e.g. internal stakeholder and external stakeholder. Evaluate provincial performance and provide technical support to the provinces. Coordinate the development of policy and provide technical advice to the relevant stakeholders.
