Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) Commissioner Teboho Maruping will host an employer breakfast session in Port Alfred on Monday, 04 December 2023.

The purpose of the session is to inform, educate and engage with businesses from all sectors on compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Act, the Unemployment Insurance Fund's (UIF) “Follow the Money" project, and developments in the Fund that affect both employers and employees.

Commissioner Maruping is inviting employers, employer representatives, and operators of SMMEs from Port Alfred and surrounding areas in the Eastern Cape Province to attend and participate in discussions on the day.

During the employer breakfast session technical experts from the UIF's Head Office in Pretoria will be available to assist employers with system and other challenges on the spot.
