Deputy Minister Boitumelo Moloi will be conducting visits to service delivery sites in Welkom, Lejweleputswa District as part of Presidential Imbizo build-up activities. The second leg of the District Development Model Presidential Imbizo will be held on 7 December 2023 in Welkom, Free State Province.

A delegation of Cabinet Ministers will also be joining Deputy Minister Moloi during the said visits to further discuss strategies for improving service delivery within the Lejweleputswa district.

The District Development Model is an integrated planning model for cooperative governance that seeks to ensure an integrated, district-based service delivery approach aimed at fast-tracking service delivery.
