Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) leads a stakeholder engagement session on workplace harassment, including bullying

The Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) in a partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), is to put a spotlight on the subject of workplace harassment, including bullying when its hosts a stakeholder engagement session.


The stakeholder engagement session will focus on international perspective concerning violence and harassment in the world of work; South Africa's journey on workplace harassment, including bullying; South Africa's legislation and policy instruments on workplace harassment including bullying; case law on workplace harassment including bullying; practical experience on the prevention and elimination of harassment in the workplace.


The session will focus on the Namibian and Lesotho experiences. There will also be presentations from Commission for Gender Equity and by Nedlac social partners on workplace challenges and propose solutions to address workplace harassment, including bullying.

The stakeholder engagement session will be held under the theme: “Bridging the equity gap through diversity and inclusion".


The CEE session will be held as follows: -
