Mdladlana to boost disabled work

The sterling work of the Sheltered Employment Factories (SEF) is to come under a microscope with labour Minister, Membathisi Mdladlana, gracing its open day in Silverton, east of Pretoria, tomorrow (Tue).
Mdladlana will use the occasion to highlight the significance of the SEF focusing on the role it plays in the country as well as the labour market.
SEF creates employment opportunities for people with disabilities by transferring skills in manufacturing of furniture, metal products as well as garments.
The event is expected to draw large crowds drawn from stakeholders from government, business, trade unions and community organisations.
