Code of Good Practice on Handling Sexual Harassment Cases

The objective of this code is to assist in eliminating sexual
harassment in the workplace. It provides appropriate procedures to
deal with the problem and prevent its recurrence.
Employers are encouraged to develop and implement policies and
procedures that will lead to the creation of workplaces that are free
of sexual harassment, where employers and workers respect one another’s
integrity and dignity, their privacy, and their right to equity in the
workplace.
ApplicationAlthough this code is intended to guide employers and workers, the
perpetrators and victims of sexual harassment may include:
