Chapter 8 : General
33. Offences
It is an offence to –
(a) obstruct or attempt to influence improperly a person who is
performing a function in terms of this Act;
(b) obtain or attempt to obtain any prescribed document by means of
fraud, false pretences or by submitting a false or forged prescribed
document;
(c) furnish false information in any prescribed document
knowing that information to be false;
(d) provide employment services for gain without being registered in
terms of section 24; or
(e) conduct the business of a private employment services agency in contravention of this Act or any prescribed requirement.
