Chapter 7 : Financing skills development
28. Use of money in Fund
(1) The
money in the Fund may be used only for the projects identified in the
national skills development strategy as national priorities or for such
other projects related to the achievement of the purposes of this Act
as the Director-General determines.
(2) A maximum of two per cent of the money allocated to the Fund in terms of section 8(3)(a) of the Skills Development Levies Act may be used to administer the Fund.
