46. Jurisdiction of magistrates' courts
Notwithstanding anything
to the contrary contained in any law-
(a) a magistrate's court shall
have jurisdiction to impose any penalty or to make any order provided
for in this Act;
(b) no magistrate's court shall
be competent to pronounce upon the validity of any regulation made
under this Act.
