Overtime HoursWorkers may not work –
A written agreement may increase overtime to 15 hours’ a week, but
for no longer than 12 months.
Pay for OvertimeEmployers must pay workers overtime at 1.5 times the normal
wage.
Alternatively, a worker may agree to receive paid time off.
