In the interests of the well-being; education; physical and mental
health; and spiritual, moral and social development of children; the
employment of children under the age of 15 is illegal, and children
under the age of 18 may not be employed to do inappropriate work.

Children Under 15It is a criminal offence to employ a child under the age of
15.
Children Under 18Children aged 15 to 18 may not be employed to do work
inappropriate for their age or work that places them at risk.
An employer must retain a copy of all records of workers under the
age of 18 years for at least 3 years.
