Explanatory Notes on the Explosives Regulations
The purpose of this document is to give a brief explanation to the
user concerning the purpose of the regulations.
Only regulations that are difficult to understand will be
explained and the others, self-explanatory ones will be noted as
self-explanatory, not difficult to understand.
