Know Your Labour Relations Act 2002

This is the second edition of the LRA booklet and incorporates the 2002 amendments, which provides for the following:

• the right to strike on retrenchments and facilitation of disputes around retrenchments;
  
• increased powers to bargaining councils and its officials;
  
• obliging bargaining councils to report to the Registrar on the activities of small business; and
  
• better protection of vulnerable workers.
