Form LRA3.22 - Council applies for variation of scope of registration
Section 58 of the Labour Relations Act gives the Registrar of
Labour Relations the power to change the registered scope of a
bargaining council.
If a bargaining council thinks that their area or scope have
changed, they can apply to the Registrar to change their
registration.

To apply to change the scope of registration of a bargaining
council.

The secretary of the bargaining council.
