Form LRA3.22 - Council applies for variation of scope of registration

Section 58 of the Labour Relations Act gives the Registrar of Labour Relations the power to change the registered scope of a bargaining council.
 
If a bargaining council thinks that their area or scope have changed, they can apply to the Registrar to change their registration.

What is The Purpose of This Form?

To apply to change the scope of registration of a bargaining council.

Who Fills in This Form?

The secretary of the bargaining council.
