Form LRA3.20B - Council Submits Particulars of Small Enterprises

Section 54(2)(i) of the Labour Relations Act requires bargaining councils to send information about the small enterprises within their scope to the Registrar.

What is The Purpose of This Form?

To supply information to the Registrar of Labour Relations on an annual basis.

Who Fills in This Form?

The secretary of the bargaining council.

Instructions

Send 2 completed copies of the form to -

or fax it to (012) 309 4156.
 
Forms must reach the Department by January every year and cover the previous year until December.
