Form LRA3.19 - Statutory council apply to register as bargaining council

Section 48(1) of the Labour Relations Act allows statutory councils to apply to be registered as bargaining councils.

What is The Purpose of This Form?

This form is an application by a statutory council to register as a bargaining council.
 
The registrar will have to make sure that the parties to the council are sufficiently representative and whether adequate provision is made in the proposed constitution of the bargaining council for the representation of small and medium enterprises.

Who Fills in This Form?

The secretary of the statutory council.
