Form LRA3.18 - Statutory council request to amend or extend period of determination
In terms of Section 44(5) of the Labour Relations Act, a statutory
council can propose to the Minister of Labour that the period of a
determination be amended or extended.
What is The Purpose of This Form?
A statutory council can submit a proposal to the Minister of
Labour to amend or extend the period of any determination.
The Minister may make the amendment by Notice in the Government
Gazette.
Who Fills in This Form?
The secretary of the statutory council.
