Form LRA3.15 - Employers Organisation Applies for Establishment of Statutory Council

Section 39(2) of the Labour Relations Act allows employer organisations to establish statutory councils.

What is The Purpose of This Form?

This form is an application by a representative employers organisation who wants to establish a statutory council.
 
A representative employers organisation means a registered employers organisation or 2 or more registered employers organisations whose combined workers constitute at least 30% of the workers in a sector and area.
 
There can be no other council registered for the sector or area.

Who Fills in This Form?

The secretary of the employers organisation.
