Form LRA3.12 - Refer Public Service Jurisdictional Dispute to CCMA for Conciliation

In terms of Section 38 of the Labour Relations Act, public service bargaining councils can refer disputes to the CCMA.

What is The Purpose of This Form?

To refer a dispute between 2 or more bargaining councils in the public sector to the CCMA.

Who Fills in This Form?

Any party to the dispute.

A copy of the form must be served on the other party.
 
Proof that a copy of the form has been served on the other party must be supplied by attaching -
  • a copy of a registered slip from the Post Office; or
  • a copy of a signed receipt if hand delivered; or
  • a signed statement confirming service by the person delivering the form; or
  • a copy of a fax confirmation slip; or
  • any other satisfactory proof of service.
