What is The Purpose of This Form?

For an employer to object against a compliance order.

Who Fills in This Form?

The employer.

Instructions

Send to:
The Office of the Department from which the compliance order was issued.
  • This objection must be lodged at the office of the Department of Labour which issued the compliance order within 21 days of the date of receipt of the compliance order.
  • Include all relevant information submitted to the Department of Labour.
  • A copy must be delivered to the employee(s) affected by it or if this is impracticable to a representative of the employee, including a registered trade union.
