The trial of Peter Brian Viljoen (69), a prosthetist accused of allegedly defrauding the Department of Labour’s (DoL) Compensation Fund (CF), will resume in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crime Court on Friday.

Viljoen who operates in Alberton, Gauteng is alleged to have defrauded the DoL’s Compensation Fund of more than R80 000. He is facing one count of fraud.
