The Jobs Summit is an initiative of the Department of Labour’s (DoL) Public Employment Services (PES) branch aimed at giving government and employers from all levels a platform to discuss ways and means of creating employment, whereas the Jobs Fair is aimed at creating an atmosphere where job seekers will be registered on the electronic system for possible matching and referrals.
