Minister of Labour to address media on change of guard at Nedlac

The Minister of Labour, the Honourable Mildred Oliphant will on Tuesday October 4 hold a press conference to formally introduce the new executive director of the National Economic Development and Labour Council.

She is also expected to pay tribute to the outgoing Executive Director, Mr Herbert Mkhize who has been at the helm of NEDLAC for the past eight years. Mr Mkhize saw the social dialogue organisation through the economic meltdown – a feat that earned him the respect of the various parties that make up NEDLAC.

Venue: Nedlac offices cnr Jellicoe and Sturdee Avenue; Rosebank

Time: 2pm
