Department apologises for the cancellation of launch of CEE report

The 12th Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) report entitled - “Bridging The Equity Gap - creating equitable workplaces that are free from unfair discrimination” - that was supposed to be officially launched by South Africa’s Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant in Cape Town on Thursday (August 30) has been postponed until further notice.

The Department of Labour wishes to render an unreserved apology to all, for the inconvenience that may have been caused. The launch of the report had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. A new launch date will be communicated in due time.
